When you sign up or sign in, we process authentication data such as email address and authentication identifiers provided through our auth provider (including email/password and Google sign-in where enabled). We use this to operate your account and secure access.

You may submit a service description and related business details. Veratix stores generated and edited assets (for example offer copy, pricing text, brand details, and landing page content) so you can preview, edit, publish, and improve your page.

When a visitor submits your public enquiry form, we store the information they provide (such as name, email, and message) and associate it with your business so you can view and manage enquiries in your workspace. You are the controller of how you use those enquiries.

For published pages, Veratix records visit-related metrics used in your workspace (for example visit counts). These metrics support product features such as traffic views and Operator analysis. We do not sell personal data.

Session and authentication state may use cookies or browser storage managed by our authentication provider so you stay signed in. Referral codes may be stored locally in the browser to attribute referrals when that feature is used.

Where permitted, Meta Pixel shares page visits, campaign information, and successful Starter or Growth purchase amounts in INR, with a payment-event reference, with Meta for advertising measurement and optimisation. Meta may also receive browser, IP address, and advertising-cookie information. We do not send enquiry details or customer email addresses for matching. Advertising tracking is blocked in regions requiring consent and when your region cannot be determined; no consent banner is currently provided. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable this tracking. You can enable either browser signal to opt out, or contact us through the Contact page for privacy requests.

Payments for Veratix Operator are processed by Razorpay. We store order and entitlement records needed to confirm payment status, show receipts in the product, and grant Operator access. Card and sensitive payment credentials are handled by Razorpay; we do not store full card numbers in Veratix. See Razorpay’s own privacy policy for their processing.

When you use generation or Operator features, relevant business content and performance context may be sent to AI providers so Veratix can produce drafts and recommendations. Do not submit secrets or data you are not allowed to process through third-party AI services.

We use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, database/auth, payments (Razorpay), and AI. They process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to a SaaS product, including authenticated access to private workspaces and access controls for payment and entitlement operations. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

We retain account, business, enquiry, order, and related records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us; some records (for example payment records) may be retained where required.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern. Use the Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Veratix is intended for business users. It is not directed at children under 18.
