Terms & Conditions

Veratix is a software service that builds a business presence from what you sell, prepares a launch kit, captures enquiries, and runs a Growth Operator for follow-up drafts and approved improvements. Publishing and Operator actions require the prepaid plan.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your login details confidential. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not use Veratix for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive purposes; to harass others; to distribute malware; to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; or to overload or disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse.

You retain ownership of content you submit (business descriptions, edits, enquiry data you collect, and similar). You grant Veratix a limited licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content and of how you use enquiries you receive.

Veratix may generate draft offers, pricing suggestions, page copy, and improvement proposals using AI. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You must review all generated content before relying on it or publishing it. Veratix does not guarantee outcomes such as leads, sales, or revenue.

Publishing makes your page available at a public URL. You decide what goes live. Draft Operator improvements do not update the live page until you publish.

Veratix is sold as Starter ₹2,499 / 30 days (1 published business, Growth Agent, 60 shared AI calls) or Growth ₹4,999 / 30 days (3 published businesses, Growth Agent + CEO Agent, 180 shared AI calls). All prices are INR, prepaid. There is no automatic renewal. Access ends when the prepaid period expires unless you purchase again. Payments are processed by Razorpay. A draft preview is not a free plan. Purchases already confirmed keep access until the expiry already shown for that business, including earlier prices paid for the same product.

Operator access starts after successful payment confirmation and appears in your authenticated workspace for the selected business. See the Shipping / Delivery Policy for digital delivery details.

We may suspend or terminate accounts or Operator access for violation of these terms, fraud, chargebacks related to abuse, or to protect the service or other users. You may stop using Veratix at any time. Prepaid Operator does not auto-renew.

Veratix software, branding, and related materials are owned by Veratix Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Veratix IP to you.

Veratix relies on third parties such as hosting, authentication/database providers, payment processing (Razorpay), and AI providers. Their terms and availability may affect the service.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim for reliable uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Veratix Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of Veratix. Our aggregate liability relating to Operator for a given payment is limited to the amount you paid for that Operator activation.

We may update features, these terms, or pricing for future purchases. Material changes will be reflected on these public pages. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
