Shipping / Delivery Policy

Veratix does not sell or ship physical products. There are no couriers, delivery charges, or physical delivery timelines.

After successful payment confirmation for Starter (₹2,499 / 30 days) or Growth (₹4,999 / 30 days), prepaid with no auto-renewal, access is provisioned electronically.

• Access appears in your authenticated Veratix workspace for the selected business
• Payment status is also available on the in-app receipt
• No physical shipment is involved

Provisioning is typically prompt after payment confirmation. Exact timing can depend on payment confirmation from Razorpay and normal system processing.

If payment succeeded but Operator access does not appear, contact us through the Contact page with your account email and payment/receipt references. See also the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You can review a draft before you pay. Publishing that draft, the launch kit workflow in the workspace, and Operator actions are delivered electronically with the prepaid plan. There is no physical shipping step.
